Ceylon cinnamon, often known as genuine cinnamon, is a tall, leafy bush native to Sri Lanka that yields fragrant bark and leaves. Cinnamon Bark essential oil is steam distilled from the tree’s inner bark and has a warm, spicy perfume that, when diffused, brings back memories of the holidays.
